A compliance report filed by the State discloses that the State has appointed the Appellate Authority vide notification dated 06.09.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that due to subsequent appointment, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by taking on record the notification dated 06.09.2021 as also the stand of the State.
