The State has placed a report wherein it appears that the local Police Station on enquiry found that the petitioners have purchased the land in the present case and dispute as to possession exists. It is categorically stated that possession in the land in the present case is with the private respondent but the petitioner wants to get possession of the said land by dispossessing the private respondent. Two other cases have been registered with the local Police Station. The local Police Station is trying to maintain peace in the locale and has stated that the dispute is civil in nature.

Considering the said facts and the prayer of the petitioner herein that his representation dated

12.02.2015 be considered by the appropriate authority, the writ application is disposed of without going into the merit as to the right, title and possession of the parties in this case, which is subject to the decision of a competent civil court, with the direction that the appropriate authorities shall consider the representation dated 12.02.2015 filed by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law and dispose of the same on hearing the petitioner and the private respondents herein within sixty days from the date of communication of this order. 5.

In case, a copy of the representation is not with the authority concerned being the respondent no.8 herein, a copy of the said representation be handed over for consideration.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
