Petitioner approached this Court as the police authorities did not take any steps. Records reflect that last of the representation was on or about 09.02.2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are disputes with some of the private respondents while with some of the private respondents, the petitioner has settled the dispute. Since the petitioner is still facing inconveniences, under the changed circumstances, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation with Inspector-in-Charge, Egra Police Station.

On receipt of such fresh representation, the concerned Inspector-in-Charge will conduct an enquiry and take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9287 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
