Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Report is placed on record. It appears that the victim girl is unwilling to marry the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid development and the materials on record including the nature of allegations, we are of the opinion that no worthwhile purpose will be served in taking the petitioner back into custody.

Accordingly, interim bail granted on 28.09.2020 is confirmed.

The application, being C.R.M. 5582 of 2020, is disposed of.
