Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Eyewitnesses implicated the petitioner in the murder. Bail prayer of co-accused Mantu Sk. was rejected in March, 2024. Petitioner stands on the same footing with him.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
