The learned Advocate for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant application because of improper narration of factual circumstances in the revisional application. The learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for leave to file a fresh revisional application on the self-same cause of action.

I have considered the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

The instant revision be dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is granted leave to file a fresh application on the same cause of action before the appropriate forum.
