Petitioner claims for entering into the property.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the respondent nos.7 to 9 disputes the right of the petitioner to enter into the property.

Petitioner has informed the police station.

Having regard to the nature of the issue concerned and the fact that the petitioner emphasises on a family settlement, this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India will not interfere in any dispute amongst the private parties.

Petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate forum for necessary remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8590 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
