At the 5th line of the order, instead of "4th Court", it should actually be "5th Court".

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 09.07.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
