This petition has been pending since the year 2007 and the matter had been appearing in the Warning List for a considerable period of time.

I am of the view that sufficient notice was given to the petitioner that the matter would be taken up today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this matter. Hence, WPA No.6799 of 2007 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
