Report submitted by the State pursuant to the earlier direction dated 05.05.2025 reflects that a statement has been recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bolpur, Birbhum. Having considered the contents of the same, I am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference in the present writ petition except to the extent that if the petitioner's complaint addressed to the Officer-inCharge, Nanoor Police Station wherein the petitioner alleged that some unknown persons had beaten him with fists and blows be enquired into by the police authorities and communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8593 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
