For the State Considering the fact that police filed change sheet and considering the fact that principal accused was enlarged on bail by the jurisdictional Court and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
