Leaned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary including the statement of the eye witness recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There are incriminating articles implicating the petitioner as appearing in the case diary. We are therefore, unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (DB) 1231 of 2022 is rejected.
