An inadvertent error had cropped up in the order dated December 20, 2021 passed by this court. Hence the said order is modified in the following manner:

In the third page of the said order "CRC 11 of 2021 is dismissed".

Hence, "CPAN 368 of 2021 is dismissed", which was wrongly transcribed in the order, should now correctly be read as "CRC 11 of 2021 is discharged".

Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated December 20, 2021 (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.) (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
