The writ petitioners are aggrieved by the alleged failure on the part of the Domkal Police Station to enforce an order of status quo passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampore. A coordinate Bench had directed police to take photographs and ensure that there is no further construction.

The police report shows that there is no further construction.

However, counsel for the private respondents submits that the suit was dismissed for default on 15th July 2022.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
