1. In view of the disposal of WPA 18669 of 2024, WPA 9331 of 2024 which is appearing as item no.765 in the combined monthly list, is taken up out of turn on consent of the parties, and disposed of. The same has now become infructuous.

2. The order passed in WPA 18669 of 2024 will also apply in case of WPA 9331 of 2024.

3. The authority shall decide the matter within a month from date.
