Learned counsel for the respondents produces a copy of the order dated December 30, 2024 passed by the Maintenance Tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the said order was passed on December 30, 2024, but the same was served upon his client only after filing of the writ petition - after more than three months. He seeks leave to challenge the said order.

Learned counsel for the private respondents submits, upon instructions, that the private respondents are ready and willing to act in terms of the Tribunal's order dated December 30, 2024, and that they are agreeable to take care of the petitioner.

In view of such submission, the instant writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take steps in the matter in

accordance with law.

Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner, instructions forwarded by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kharagpur be taken on record.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
