The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Puaba Bardhaman on 14th September, 2023 in Criminal Misc. Case no. 1788 of 2023 upon imposing certain conditions, one of which was " He shall meet with the GRO of this Court once in a month till disposal of the case". The said order was subsequently modified by an order passed on 29th February, 2024 in Criminal Misc. case no. 2591 of 2023 to the extent that the petitioner was directed to meet the GRO once in two months until further orders. The petitioner prays for waiver of the said condition since he is a resident of Bengalaru and undertakes to appear before the learned trial Court on every date of hearing.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties as well as the fact that no adverse report is found against the petitioner, the condition imposed upon him to meet the GRO once in two months until further orders is waived. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court on every date of hearing fixed by the learned trial Court.

The revisional application being CRR 1391 of 2024 is disposed of.
