It is also submitted that there may be a direction upon the Tribunal to dispose of the appeal on merits as expeditiously as the business of the Tribunal would permit.

In view of the same the revisional appication being C.O. No. 1156 of 2022 is disposed of requesting the

Tribunal to dispose of the appeal being Original Application No. 52 of 2022 pending before it as expeditiously as the business of the Tribunal would permit.

The interim order granted in the revisional application by order dated May 11, 2022 be extended till disposal of the appeal by the Tribunal.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and the parties shall be at liberty to place their respective contention before the Tribunal in the proceeding.

CAN No. 1 of 2022 is also disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
