It is submitted investigation is complete. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and co-accused were involved in dealing in illegal arms. Bail prayer of co-accused was turned down in February 2023.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
