1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. None appears on behalf of the opposite parties in spite of service.

3. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 191 of 2022 pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kandi, Murshidabad.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the Misc. Case No. 191 of 2022 under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure was filed for maintenance and the same is pending since 2022.

5. Considering all facts and circumstances, the learned Magistrate is requested to dispose of Misc. Case No. 191 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from date after giving an opportunity to the parties.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Petitioner is at liberty to intimate this order to the learned Magistrate.
