C.R.R. 1147 of 2021 Murari Patra versus Radhashyam Ghosh In Re: An Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

This revisional application was preferred in the year 2021 in respect of the order passed in Misc. Case No. 112 of 2020 under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Records of the present revisional application reflect that the same is yet to be admitted.

Having considered the time period which has elapsed and the subject-matter of the proceedings and that the learned Executive Magistrate was pleased to drop the proceedings by its order dated 06.01.2021, I am of the opinion that at this belated stage, there is no scope for interference.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1147 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
