Apparently, at the instructions of the petitioner, illegal mining of sand was taking place.

A prima facie case stands made out as against the petitioner.

Enlarging the petitioner, at this stage, will be inimical to the investigations.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1534 of 2023 is dismissed.
