The prayers in the writ petition cannot be entertained. However, the petitioner has already approached the SubDivisional Officer, Baruipur Sub-Division with a demand of justice through his learned Advocate dated March 6, 2024. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur Sub-Division shall dispose of such demand of justice upon granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other legal heirs of late Bankim Bayen, in accordance with law.

The decision shall be communicated to the parties within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
