The writ petitioner is aggrieved that notwithstanding an order of injunction of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Third Court at Basirhat, North 24 Parganas in T. S. No. 306 of 2018, the remedy of the petitioner is to seek enforcement of the order of injunction/status quo from the civil court itself.

The O. C., Baduria Police Station shall ensure that any order that may be passed by the civil court on them is strictly enforced and executed.

The writ petition is disposed of.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, connected application being CAN 4976 of 2020 is also disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
