Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by nonconsideration of the representation dated 12.03.2025. Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Bhangar PS Case no. 62 dated 22.04.2025 has been registered for investigation.

In view of the police authorities responding and registering the case, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred is subserved.

Accordingly, WPA 8610 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
