The writ petitioner is aggrieved that despite three complaints, Pandua Police has not registered FIR. Instructions of the O.C., Pandua Police Station dated 15.11.2022 addressed to State advocate indicate that three several proceedings have been drawn up against the parties. The police find that the private respondents are unscrupulous persons.

In those circumstances, let a formal FIR be registered by the Pandua Police against the private respondents since it is submitted by the petitioner that they are continuing to assault the petitioner. For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner shall file a formal complaint before the Pandua Police Station.

The writ petition is disposed of.
