Mr. Tamal Taru Panda ...for the petitioner Mr. Kanak Kiran Bandyopadhyay ...for the State Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Matter relates to sanction of family pension in favour of the petitioner who is claiming to be unmarried daughter of retired primary teacher who died on 9th April, 1990.

However, on perusal of the writ petition it appears that in the 'Legal Heir Certificate' dated 29th November, 2018 issued by the Collector, South 24 Parganas spelling of surname is not matching with the spelling of surname of the father of the petitioner.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has submitted that steps are being taken for rectification of 'Legal Heir Certificate' dated 29th November, 2018 and an application

has already been made by the petitioner in this regard.

Writ petition stands disposed of granting leave to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent authorities for sanction of family pension after issuance of rectified 'Legal Heir Certificate'.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
