Mr. Kundu, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the proceedings are progressing before the Learned Judge, Special Court under N.D.P.S Act in the 6th Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge at Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

According to the learned advocate, the case was registered in the year 2019, but till date a part of the Examination-in-Chief of P.W. 1 has been concluded. Having regard to the predicament of the learned trial court during Covid 2019 Pandemic, I am of the view that no particular schedule can be directed, but, however, the learned trial court is to fix the examination of prosecution witnesses at

regular intervals so that the trial can be concluded within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1151 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
