Mr. Sayan Datta ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities have not put in best of their efforts while investigating Park Street P.S. Case No. 15 dated 11.01.2025.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that charge-sheet has already been submitted on 15.04.2025 before the jurisdictional Court.

Having considered that chargesheet has already been submitted and the grievance of the petitioner, now, is that charges under the Arms Act have been

dropped and diluted Sections have been incorporated in the charge-sheet, the petitioner would be at liberty to take out an application under Section 193 of the BNSS before the learned Magistrate. The learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8825 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
