Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the defendant/petitioner submits that although his client by the present application is seeking direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the suit but during pendency of the revisional application, the parties have jointly decided to proceed with the suit on the basis of a written argument to be filed.

The parties are always at liberty to expedite the disposal of the suit but, at this stage, when the Courts are unable to function normally, I am not inclined to direct the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the suit within the time frame.

However, the parties are free to approach the learned Trial Judge to make their prayer for such purpose.

With the above C.O. 1168 of 2020 is disposed of
