The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents are disturbing their possession in respect of a piece of land.

The private respondents submit that there is dispute with regard to title of the petitioner in the property.

The parties may approach the Civil Court for remedy of their grievances.

Nalhati Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
