Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor produces a copy of the reasoned order dated 17th August, 2023 passed by the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Purba Medinipur in compliance of the order passed by the Court.

A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in Court today. It has been submitted that the said order was duly communicated to the petitioner earlier.

The Court sitting in contempt jurisdiction will not be the appropriate forum to decide the legality of the reasoned order.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
