"The second appeal tender is of year 2001. It is in time and form but as per report dated 11th December, 2006, there is error in the memo regarding mention of title suit. Also appellant no. 4 has not executed the vokalatnama. The defects are minor and can be removed in Court on leave granted to the learned advocate at moving of the appeal for admission. However, none appears on behalf of appellants.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate enclosing copy of this order. In event appellants continue to go unrepresented, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.
