C.R.R. 1292 of 2023 In the matter of : Pratima Dubey @ Preeti & Ors. ... Petitioners. Earlier this revisional application was called on 05.12.2023 when none appeared for the petitioners. Today also when the revisional application is called, none represents the petitioner.

The subject-matter of this revisional application relates to a challenge in respect of continuance of Haridevpur Police Station Case No. 5 of 2022 dated 05.01.2022 (ACGR Case No. 71/2022) which was registered for investigation under Sections 498A/306/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Having considered that the enclosure to the revisional application is only the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure without any of the documents so relied upon by the prosecution which are referred to under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the view that this revisional application has been preferred at a prematured stage. As such, no interference is called for. The petitioners would be at liberty to take up all the issues canvassed in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1292 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
