Affidavit-of-service so filed be taken with the record. Petitioner complains that he is in possession of all the documents for quarrying of sand, yet his business is disturbed by the administration.

Report of the State reflects that the petitioner was unable to produce any documents at the time of mining of sand and as such several cases were registered.

Petitioner presently complains that unnecessarily his business is interfered with.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner claims that he has all documents in his possession for mining of sand, he will produce all the relevant documents granted by the administration to the Inspector-in-Charge of Basirhat Police Station. On inspection, if the officer finds the same to be in

order and in accordance with law, there should not be interference from any corners.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition being WPA 9338 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
