A direction for conclusion of the hearing of the Ejectment suit no. 12 of 2010 pending before the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sealdah, District 24-Parganas (South). within a period of two weeks from the next date fixed in the said suit has already been passed in C.O. 1189 of 2024. The Ejectment Suit No. 13 of 2010, out of which the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India arises, is also pending before the aforesaid Court and both the suits are being heard analogously.

Therefore, the suit connected with the present matter be also disposed of within the time limit fixed by the order dated July 18, 2024 passed in the said C.O. 1189 of 2024.

With the above, C.O. 1188 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
