And In Re : Senamul Sk. & Anr. .... petitioners Mr. Arnab Chatterjee Ms. Dhanasree Biswas Ms. Poulami Bose Ms. Chandrima Debnath ....for the petitioners Mr. Antarikhya Basu ...... for the State Chemical examiner's report is placed on record. Report shows presence of Methamphetamine in the sample. Materials on record show recovery of 2000 Yaba Tablets from the residence of the petitioners.

Prima facie aforesaid materials show involvement of the petitioners in dealing in narcotics above commercial quantity. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
