State preferred the present revisional application challenging the order dated January 13, 2021 with regard to certain observations made by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has submitted a report dated 04.04.2023 prepared by Superintendent of Police, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat. Let the report be kept with the record.

Considering the report prepared by Superintendent of Police, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat as well as the Inspector-inCharge, Gangarampur Police Station, Dakshin Dinajpur, I am of the view that the trial of the case relating to Gangarampur Police Station Case No.427 of 2020 dated 05.12.2020 is in progress. Charge has already been framed.

Having considered the stage of the case and the subject matter of challenge before this Court, I am of the opinion that the present revisional application by efflux of time has become

infructuous. Learned court in seisin of the matter is directed to expedite the progress of the trial of the case. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1153 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
