The present application has been preferred for transfer of the proceedings being Misc. Case No.200 of 2020 under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 from the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Howrah to any court.

Learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the learned advocate for the opposite party nos.2 to 6 is present. Reference has been made before this Court in respect of an order passed on 29.11.2021 in CO 961 of 2021 wherein the case has been transferred from the court of learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Howrah to the Family Court at Calcutta. In view of the reasons so assigned in CO 961 of 2021, I find that the same principles would apply in respect of the present

case also.

Accordingly, the Misc. Case No.200 of 2020 is transferred from the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Howrah to the Family Court at Calcutta.

The application being CRR 1154 of 2021 is allowed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
