This application has been filed under Section 401/482 of the Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 28.2.2011 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Katwa in M.P. Case No. 548 of 2009 whereby the proceeding under Section 97 of the Cr.P.C. was dropped.

There is an interim order of stay in respect of the impugned order. Perused the record. Due to absence of the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

The interim order dated 15.6.2011 is vacated. Let a copy of this order be transmitted to learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Katwa for information.
