The petitioner filed this application under Section 401/482 of the Cr.P.C. challenging order dated 9.12.2010 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Katwa in connection with Misc. Case No. 15 of 2007 under Section 128 of the Cr.P.C. There is no interim order of stay. The revisional application is dismissed due to default of the petitioner.
