Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks some more time to comply with the order under Section 143A of the N. I. Act. Learned advocate submits that there are health issues of the petitioner and as such no deposit could be effected. The date is fixed on 11th September, 2022 for examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount on or before the 11th September, 2023. In case the amount so directed under Section 143A of the N. I. At is not deposited, the complainant will be at liberty to take recourse under Section 421 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The learned trial court is further directed that after examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C, time be afforded for sixty days for defence evidence and thereafter commence final arguments of the case and conclude the trial at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application

being CRR 1293 of 2023 is disposed of.
