Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the learned judge, Special Court(E.C. Act), Berhampore, Murshidabad vide order dated 15th February, 2025 has allowed the petition for withdrawal of Guardian Suit No. 92 of 2023 of an application being moved by the opposite party.

Since this petition was filed for transfer of the Guardian Suit No. 92 of 2023 and since the main petition has already been disposed of as being withdrawn, the present petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the petition and the miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
