The instant application under Section 401 read with Section 582 of the Code of Criminal Procedure relates to the Order dated 21.12.2010 passed in Complaint Case No. 11426 of 2004 by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta whereby the learned Trial Court marked and exhibited documents already which had been on record. It was contended that certain documents, which had already been exhibited by the Trial Court are insufficient to prove the case of any party, challenging the evidentiary value therewith.

On perusal of annexures filed along with application as well as impugned order, it appears that nothing is there in the impugned order which demands interference of this Court. The matter is more than ten years old. I do not find any merit in the instant application. Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
