There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to such order of rejection for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on the ground that the petitioner was unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 2098 of 2022 is dismissed.
