The writ petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated March 31, 2019 issued by the Director, Indian Museum, Kolkata.

It has been submitted by the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2 that a decision has already been taken by the authorities of the Indian Museum that they shall not proceed any further for probing into the allegations contained in the said show cause notice. A written instruction given by the Director-in-Charge, Indian Museum, Kolakta dated March 9, 2022 addressed to the learned Advocate-on-Record for the said respondent is taken on record.

In view thereof no further order is required in this matter. Accordingly WPA 7652 of 2019 along with the connected application stand disposed of.
