Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta ... for the Applicant Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and handed over the office memorandum dated 17.02.2021 issued by the Chairman, Malda District Primary School Council wherein the petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order of appointment, the petitioner had already reported for duty on 18.02.2021. The office memorandum dated 17.02.2021 and the joining report dated 18.02.2021 be kept on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that as the alleged contemnor has complied with the order, hence the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the matter further.

In view of the above, WPCRC 168 of 2019 is disposed of. Rule, if any issued, is recalled.
