Points sought to be raised today in support of the prayer for renewal of the bail were considered and rejected on the previous occasion.

There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
