Inadvertent typographical error had crept into order dated 09.01.2023.

In the 4th Paragraph of 1st line of this order dated 9th January, 2023 the CRR 704 of 2014 was dismissed for default, in the same way CRR 717 of 2014 stands dismissed for default. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 09.01.2023.

The other portion of the order shall remain unchanged. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
