Ms. Sreyashee Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits status report. The same is kept with the record.

She submits that the proceeding has already been quashed vide order dated June 26, 2018 passed in CRR 922 of 2018. It is found from the report dated 18.7.2022 of Additional Officer-in-Charge, Kalighat PS that the proceeding arising out of Kalighat PS Case No.99 of 2009 was quashed by order dated June 26, 2018 passed in CRR 922 of 2018 by the Hon'ble Court. Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.9382 of 2015 was filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court but as there was amicable settlement of disputes between the parties, the special leave petition was disposed of with the observation that it has become infructuous. In view of the above, the present revisional application is dismissed as infructuous.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
